The Z Shaders are the real Redskins MVPs

For fans in attendance at the Saints-Redskins game yesterday, there was one topic of conversation that trumped all others and it had nothing to do with the empty upper-deck seats, Jim Zorn’s too-tight shirt or how Stephen Davis was back on the team and had suddenly turned into a defensive monster . Moss Calls Redskins Victory over Saints Campbells “Best Game Ever”

After the dramatic comeback victory over the Saints, Santana Moss said that Jason Campbell played his best game yet, and I have to agree.  Finally we see him close the gap.  We’ve seen Jason come back just enough to lose in a heartbreaking fashion during the final seconds of the game.  We know he’s

In Sunday’s game between the Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals at University of Phoenix Stadium, Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner , for the lack of a better term, used and abused the Dolphins’ secondary all game long as he and wide receiver Anquan Boldin for 3 touchdowns in leading Arizona to a dominating 31-10 win over Miami.

Shanahan’s stones: Broncos go for two

In one of the gutsiest calls by a coach in recent memory, Mike Shanahan passed up a game-tying extra point in favor of going for the win with a two-point conversion attempt today in the Broncos game against San Diego. His gamble paid off, as Jay Cutler found Eddie Royal in the middle of the end zone, Denver held off a final Chargers drive and the Broncos moved to 2-0 on the season. In our quick-to-judge sports culture, we often judge a decision only in retrospect
